The Foresight Behind ForeSee Athletics

In 2013, co-founders, Colleen and Kevin began helping their own daughter, Ellie, in her college volleyball journey. Like most parents, they found the recruiting process to be frustrating and time consuming. Recruiting information was inconsistent, coaches were complacent and so-called “recruiting services” were expensive. Emails were sent to every college volleyball program presumed to be a good fit. The coaches’ responses were either dismissive, vague or nonexistent.  They realized that Ellie had no idea which colleges were looking for her specific volleyball skills, or if they were a good fit for her social and academic goals. After two years of struggle, Ellie eventually gave up and chose not to play college volleyball.

Kevin knew there must be a better way. He researched various recruiting methods but found none that effectively or economically matched a specific student athlete with the ideal college program. By leveraging his analytics expertise, he discovered a uniquely different and a substantially enhanced process for improving a family’s volleyball journey.  It not only provides an accurate and objective athletic assessment, but also increases the odds of the athlete being recruited by the right college program. Encouraged by multiple volleyball club staff members and parents, Kevin formalized his proprietary technology and methods and ForeSee Athletics was born.
